VARGAS RESIDENCE

Was born out of necessity during the 2019 pandemic when the homeowner had to move into a studio apartment where she needed to sleep, work, and store her belongings—all within a single space. This project fascinated us, as we embraced the challenge of transforming it with simple yet impactful elements, like lighting, to create a functional and inviting environment that maximized both comfort and efficiency.
